Privacy Policy

The developer does not collect your training, assessment, report, or real-world focus content.

1. No Developer Collection

Focus Cube does not send your training content or personal focus records to a server operated by the developer. This content is used on your device. If iCloud is enabled, Apple may synchronize it through your private CloudKit database.

2. Information Handled by Third Parties

Apple App Store and RevenueCat: process purchase history, product identifiers, entitlement or subscription status, and restore-purchase information needed to provide Membership. Focus Cube does not receive your full payment-card details.
Tencent Bugly: in Release builds and only after you accept this policy, Bugly may process a device or app identifier, crash data, app and system information, and related diagnostics needed to investigate crashes.
Support provider: if you email support, the developer receives the email address, message, and attachments you choose to provide.

RevenueCat and Bugly are activated only after you accept this policy. They process information under their own policies. Focus Cube contains no advertising, does not sell personal information, and does not use these services for cross-app tracking.

3. Your Choices and Deletion

You may decline the first-launch privacy agreement by not continuing into the app. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account. Local records generally remain until you remove them through available app controls or delete the app, subject to device backups. Deleting the app does not necessarily delete records already stored in your private iCloud database; you can manage app data through Apple-provided iCloud settings where available.

Apple, RevenueCat, Bugly, and email providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations. Because the developer does not centrally receive device-local or private CloudKit training records, the developer normally cannot access, correct, or delete those records on your behalf. You may contact us about support communications or other information directly controlled by the developer, subject to verification and applicable law.

4. Security and Policy Updates

Focus Cube does not transmit training and assessment records to a developer-operated server. Device storage, iCloud, purchase services, crash reporting, and email each use their own security controls. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Third-party providers may handle information outside your region under their own safeguards and applicable law.

We may update this policy as Focus Cube or legal requirements change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to future use.

一、开发者不收集用户内容

专注魔方不会把您的训练内容或个人专注记录发送到开发者运营的服务器。这些内容只在设备上使用；如果启用了 iCloud，Apple 可能通过您的私有 CloudKit 数据库同步。

二、第三方处理的信息

Apple App Store 与 RevenueCat：处理提供会员所需的购买历史、商品标识、权益或订阅状态及恢复购买信息。专注魔方不会收到您的完整支付卡信息。
腾讯 Bugly：仅在 Release 版本且您同意本政策后，Bugly 可能处理应用或设备标识、崩溃数据、App 与系统信息及相关诊断数据，用于排查崩溃。
邮件服务：如果您主动发送支持邮件，开发者会收到您选择提供的邮箱地址、邮件内容和附件。

RevenueCat 与 Bugly 只会在您同意本政策后启用，并依据各自政策处理信息。专注魔方不包含广告、不出售个人信息，也不利用这些服务进行跨应用跟踪。

三、您的选择与删除

您可以选择不同意首次启动时的隐私协议，并不继续进入 App。您可以通过 Apple 账户管理或取消订阅。本地记录通常会保留到您通过 App 已提供的入口移除相关记录，或删除 App 为止，但设备备份中可能仍有副本。删除 App 不一定会删除已经保存在您的私有 iCloud 数据库中的记录；您可以在 Apple 提供相应入口时通过系统 iCloud 设置管理 App 数据。

Apple、RevenueCat、Bugly 和邮件服务提供方会依据各自政策及法定义务保存信息。由于开发者不会集中接收设备本地或用户私有 CloudKit 中的训练记录，通常无法代替您访问、更正或删除这些记录。对于支持邮件或开发者直接控制的其他信息，您可以联系我们提出请求，具体会受身份验证和适用法律限制。

四、安全与政策更新

专注魔方不会把训练与评估记录传输到开发者运营的服务器。设备存储、iCloud、购买服务、崩溃上报和邮件分别采用各自的安全措施，但任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。第三方服务提供方可能依据其保护措施和适用法律在您所在地区以外处理信息。

我们可能根据专注魔方功能或法律要求更新本政策。更新时将修改生效日期，并在法律要求时提供额外通知。更新后继续使用即表示修订后的政策适用于后续使用。
