Quit Addiction membership: one-time payment, lifetime validity. Once you activate this service through purchase, you will have unlimited access to all member-exclusive features in Quit Addiction.

You acknowledge our right to make changes to, interrupt, or terminate services, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party. Quit Addiction has the final right to interpret this service agreement.
The user understands and agrees to independently choose to download and use the software we provide, at their own risk, and shall bear full responsibility for any damage or data loss caused to the computer system by downloading or using our software. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim any other type of warranty, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties and liabilities of merchantability, fitness, reliability, accuracy, completeness, virus-free, and error free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our licensors do not make the following statements or warranties to you:
Your use of the service will meet your needs; Your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; Any information obtained by you through the use of relevant services shall be accurate and reliable; Any operational or functional defects that occur in the software provided to you as part of the related services will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any accidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages or claims arising from the use of our software by users, or in any way related to our products and services (including but not limited to personal injury, privacy breaches, failure to fulfill any liability including good faith or reasonable care, negligence, and any other monetary or other losses).
The user agrees to protect and safeguard our interests, and is responsible for paying any legal fees, damages, government penalties, and other infringement compensation fees incurred by the user for violating these service terms or our other service terms.
This software may use third-party software or technology (including open source code and public domain code that this software may use, etc.), and such use has been legally authorized. If this software uses third-party software or technology, we will display the relevant agreements or other documents in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements, which may be presented in the form of attachments to this agreement, packaging in specific folders of this software installation package, etc. They may be expressed in the form of "Software Usage License Agreement", "License Agreement", "Open Source Code License" or other forms

You shall bear legal responsibility on your own. If any disputes arise due to the use of third-party software or technology in this software, the third party shall be responsible for resolving them, and we shall not assume any responsibility. We do not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology. If you need support, please contact the third party.
