WonderWords Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how WonderWords handles information when you use the app.

1. Summary

WonderWords is an English learning and exploration app. The current version does not require an account, sell personal information, or use personal information for advertising. Limited technical and purchase information is processed to provide lifetime membership features.

2. Data Stored on This Device

Language, playback preferences, and learning progress are stored locally on the device. RevenueCat also caches an anonymous App User ID and membership information on the device. Deleting the app removes local app data, but Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase records as required to provide their services or comply with legal obligations.

3. Permissions

The current version does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or location access.

4. Network and Third-Party Services

WonderWords does not include advertising. RevenueCat and Bugly are not activated until the user agrees to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. After agreement, the app contacts Apple's App Store and RevenueCat to load products, process or restore purchases, and manage membership entitlements. RevenueCat may process an anonymous App User ID, device information, App Store receipts, and transaction information. Bugly is used for anonymous crash diagnostics and may process the device model, operating system, app version, and crash details. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy and Bugly's Privacy Policy.
